Pan Perdue


a.k.a. Lost Bread, a.k.a. French Toast with a little different twist...........
Recipe:
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup of Milk
1 Tbls. Vanilla
1 Tbls. Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
Whisk together in a square casserole
Now take the key ingredient: Bread or stale bread, check that, the Twist is you use a ..............drum roll please................................................................................Hamburger Bun.
Let it soak up the liquid on both sides till its almost falling apart.
Fry on a griddle or in a frying pan with butter until brown on both sides.
Serve with a pat of butter on each piece, syrup, and confectionary sugar.
Heaven on a Bun!
