A bonus of living close to one's work is the opportunity to come home for Lunch. You can make that Lunch extraordinary by using the toaster and being able to add fresh lettuce and tomato.

I used to have this obsession with onion, tomatoe toasted sandwich with mayo. Veggies take right from the garden. My first memory of it was when I was 8, and my father making this creation for himself and me looking on drooling, so he made one for me also...my mother (who hated raw onion) yelled "don't give the kids THAT!!!" I loved it ever since.
NOTHING like a good sandwich!
